Nobody likes to read the fine print. No one likes writing it either, but it’s there in case the wheels fall off, and when they do, just pop back and have a look.

A Summary of the Rule
- File Type: Must be JPEG.
- Maximum Dimensions: Width = 1920 pixels × Height = 1080 pixels (regardless of format: landscape, portrait, or square.
- Maximum File Size: 2 megabytes.
- Title of Entry: Maximum 35 characters, may be different to file name, do not include file information or special characters.
- File Name: Must not include punctuation or special characters, except .jpg tag.
- Print size: Maximum 40cm x 50cm, minimum 10cm x 15cm (mounted).

CONSTITUTION – Sunshine Coast Photography Club Inc
Following the name change from “Caloundra Camera Group Inc”, the Constitution and associated by-laws of the Sunshine Coast Photography Club Inc are pending approval by the Annual General meeting to be held in February 2024. Until that time the Caloundra Camera Group Inc Constitution remains our legal constitution.
INSURANCE
As the Sunshine Coast Photography Club is an affiliated member of the Photographic Society of Queensland (PSQ), our members enjoy the benefits of Public Liability Insurance, provided by a PSQ policy, whilst acting within the scope of their duties as a voluntary worker.
The policy covers club members in the event of injury to a member of the general public caused by the club member or their equipment whilst participating in club sanctioned events.
The policy does not cover club members for injury to them except where negligence by a PSQ representative, such as an instructor, can be proven in a court of law, or damage to equipment.
