NO, we are not going to Toowoomba for Camera Capers, but we are going to a railway town – Landsborough! For those of you who have put your names on the list for Camera Capers (30 of us), we will meet in the QCWA Old Landsborough Road Park, on Old Landsborough Road, opposite the School of Arts at 9.30 am – as you come into Landsborough, turn left straight after the railway crossing (public toilets on the corner) and the park is a short distance along that road – plenty of parking. BYO morning tea/coffee or give yourself time to pick up a coffee and something yummy from the bakery before we meet! There is undercover seating at the park, but maybe throw a folding chair into the boot, just in case.

Camera Capers is a fun competition which will test your camera skills! Each photographer will be given a list of 12 subjects to photograph – the objective is to slow down, find your subject, look for the best composition – think about exposure etc – and shoot! ONCE! Easy! Except that only one image per subject is allowed! More information on the day!

We are booked for lunch at Landsborough Pub for 12 noon and I have to confirm the booking on Friday, so if for some reason you can’t make it, please let me know before then. We can’t add more to our lunch booking, but anyone else who didn’t put their name down is very welcome to come along and take part in Camera Capers. See you all next Sunday! Give me a call if you have any queries, Ann ph. 0411 486 939.
