THE BOTTOM LINE

If you’ve read our latest newsletter, you’ll know we’re back in business on August 12 for our regular Competition Evening!

THE FINE PRINT

The current social distancing regulations the size of the room will not allow adequate space to seat all members safely and to allow the erection of our print stands, so sadly, while we are still finding our way through the maze of new legislation, we will not be able to accept print images for this competition, and will still be limiting entrants to one (1) DPI, which is to be lodged in the usual manner.

We are hopeful that we can overcome the logistics of handling and presenting print images in a safe manner that will satisfy the authorities in time for our September meeting!!!

When we do resume there will be some inconvenience to us all. It is a requirement, before entering the room, that sanitiser is applied to your hands and that you continue to practice safe distancing at all times through the evening.

You will also be required to register your details upon arrival.

Of course, if you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of a cold or temperature please stay at home.

Each member will be provided with a disinfectant wipe and will be required to wipe down their chair before leaving the meeting.

If the social distancing rules are lessened before August 12 you will be advised of the new requirements.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
